Malibu Park 01

     The modernly furnished apartment is located in the tourist complex "Malibu Park", situated in "San Eugenio” area only 15min. walking distance from the beach - "Puerto Colon"​.

     This comfortable and spacious apartment is decorated in a modern style and has one bedroom, bathroom with shower tray and a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. Apartment has a washing machine, iron with board, hair dryer, deckchairs, Wi-Fi router, etc. Two terraces provide the opportunity to eat a meal in the shade as well as sunbathing at any time of the day.

    

     Complex located opposite water park - „Aqualand”. Nearby supermarket, local bars and restaurants, pharmacy. The facility has two swimming pools with public deckchairs, a bar and restaurant serving meals and cold drinks, paddling pool and playground for children.

     The "San Eugenio" shopping center is located only 10 min. away by foot, which houses a large "Mercadona" supermarket. Next to the complex there is public transport stop, where every 5 minutes a bus leaves in different directions of the island.

    We provide beach towels and shower towels for all our clients. For stays longer than one week, we additionally provide a second set of linen for a change.
